My solicitor arranged the inspection with QBR and they encouraged me to attend the inspection. I am so pleased I did as the Inspector, Mario, was a delight to deal with. He was able to demonstrate what he was seeing through the thermal imaging camera. Excellent service!

Having heard bad things about pre-purchase inspections I was a little hesitant but I couldn’t have been more impressed with the two inspectors who arrived. They were on time, professional, well presented and explained everything in layman’s terms.
